TEAM LEWIS Launches AI-Powered Orbital OS1 to Unify Marketing Intelligence and Delivery

Global communications agency TEAM LEWIS has unveiled Orbital OS1, an AI-powered operating system built to help multi-market organisations connect marketing intelligence, creativity, and public-facing delivery within a single platform, with human judgement retained at the centre of decision-making.

Singapore — Global communications agency TEAM LEWIS has launched Orbital OS1, an AI-powered operating system designed to help multi-market organisations connect marketing intelligence, creativity, and public-facing delivery in one integrated system, the company announced on 23 September 2026.

The platform consolidates data from PR, CRM, paid media, and web activity, giving marketing and communications teams a broader view of the factors shaping reputation, demand, and what the company calls "AI visibility." TEAM LEWIS said the system was developed in response to the growing challenge of turning large volumes of marketing data into timely action, as teams work across more platforms, markets, and channels while facing greater expectations around measurement.

Three Connected Functions

Orbital OS1 is structured around three connected areas: Intelligence, Creativity, and Delivery. The Intelligence function uses an organisation's own data and context to identify signals affecting reputation, demand, and AI visibility. The Creativity function is intended to help teams turn these insights into creative work at speed and scale while retaining human judgement and originality. The Delivery function supports people representing an organisation during media interviews, keynote presentations, and other leadership moments, helping them communicate clearly and confidently.

Human Judgement Retained

Fairil Yeo, EVP of AI & Growth at TEAM LEWIS, framed the platform's purpose around closing the gap between knowledge and action: "The advantage increasingly lies with organizations that can act quickly on what they already know. Orbital is designed to shorten the distance between insight and action — helping marketing and communications teams work more effectively across markets, channels and teams."

Yvonne van Bokhoven, Chief Operating Officer at TEAM LEWIS, emphasised the limits of technology in the process: "Technology can connect information, but it cannot replace judgement. Orbital gives our specialists a clearer view of what matters, more quickly. The decisions — and the responsibility for making them well — remain human."

Technical Infrastructure and Availability

Orbital OS1 is designed to work alongside existing marketing infrastructure via API integrations. TEAM LEWIS said client data is kept isolated within secure, enterprise-grade environments to support strict data residency and governance rules.

The platform is now available as part of TEAM LEWIS's global offering, with OS1 serving as the first release in an ongoing platform development programme. Further capabilities are planned for future releases, with the company stating its focus is on complex, regulated, and multi-market organisations.

Algorithmic Gatekeeping Poised to Reshape How People Access Information Online

A September 2026 post published on FuturistsSpeakers.com argues that algorithmic gatekeeping — the growing role of automated systems in determining what information and opportunities people can access — is becoming more influential across employment, finance, media, and commerce, raising concerns about transparency, bias, and the need for human oversight.
