Evalueserve and Databricks Partner to Build Trusted Data Foundations for Enterprise AI

Evalueserve, a global AI services firm, has announced a partnership with Databricks to help enterprises modernize data environments, strengthen governance, and scale AI adoption. The collaboration combines the Databricks Data + AI Platform with Evalueserve's domain and data engineering expertise, and will include a portfolio of industry-specific accelerators targeting use cases such as private credit, data quality, and data warehouse automation.

Evalueserve, described in the announcement as a global domain-led AI services firm, has entered into a partnership with Databricks, the Data and AI company, to help enterprises modernize their data environments, strengthen data governance, and build the trusted foundations needed to scale analytics and AI across critical business workflows, according to a press release distributed via PRWeb on 25 September 2026.

The partnership will combine the Databricks Data + AI Platform with Evalueserve's data engineering, AI, and deep domain expertise. According to the announcement, the platform is built on a lakehouse foundation of open data formats and open governance, ensuring that all data remains within customers' control.

The companies say the collaboration is intended to address challenges that arise as organizations move from AI experimentation toward enterprise-wide adoption, where fragmented data, inconsistent quality, and complex governance can limit the ability to put AI into production.

Evalueserve plans to build a portfolio of data engineering accelerators and industry-specific solutions on Databricks. The partnership will draw on capabilities including Genie Ontology for business-aware context and Unity Gateway for governed enterprise AI, alongside data engineering, analytics, and governance capabilities.

Three initial solutions were identified in the announcement. The Private Credit Intelligence Accelerator brings together structured and unstructured credit data in a governed lakehouse to support faster underwriting, earlier covenant monitoring, and traceable investment and investor reporting. A Data Quality Framework provides a reusable accelerator for data validation, profiling, monitoring, remediation, scoring, and governance. A third solution, Automodel Generators, is described as a metadata-driven accelerator that automates the design and generation of enterprise data warehouse models.

Gururaj Bhat, EVP and Head of Data & AI at Evalueserve, said: "Enterprise AI is only as strong as the data foundation behind it. Databricks gives us a powerful foundation to help clients bring together their data, strengthen governance and lineage, and make enterprise information ready for AI. By combining that foundation with Evalueserve's domain expertise and workflow knowledge, we can build AI and agentic applications around the business problems that matter most."

Nitin Narkhede, Chief Technology Officer at Evalueserve, said: "The opportunity with Databricks is to help enterprises build a data and AI architecture where governance, context, and intelligence are seamlessly integrated. By combining these platform capabilities with Evalueserve's domain expertise and engineering excellence, we can deliver repeatable solutions that make complex enterprise data more usable, trusted, and actionable, enabling organizations to accelerate AI adoption at scale."

The announcement states the partnership is part of Evalueserve's broader strategy to bring together leading technology platforms with more than 25 years of domain and workflow expertise.
