Valtech Launches Agent Factory at DMEXCO 2026 to Govern Enterprise AI Agents

Valtech unveiled its Agent Factory platform at DMEXCO 2026 in Cologne, offering enterprises a common environment for building, orchestrating and governing AI agents across business functions. The launch is backed by survey data showing most organizations have yet to achieve integrated AI-supported work.

Valtech, the experience innovation company, launched the Valtech Agent Factory at DMEXCO 2026 in Cologne, Germany on September 23, 2026. The new enterprise solution is designed to provide a shared environment for building, orchestrating and governing specialized AI agents across marketing, commerce, product, service and operations.

The launch addresses a widely reported gap between AI adoption and integration. According to Valtech's 2026 Agentic Age study of 1,003 professionals, 75% of respondents reported that their organizations had not reached integrated or end-to-end AI-supported work, while 77% said they wanted AI to play a greater role in connecting work across teams and systems. Only 4% believed that running more pilots would unlock the most value.

David Toma, Vice President Strategy & Consulting DACH at Valtech, described the core problem the platform aims to solve: "AI agents are already becoming part of the workforce, but in many companies they remain the ghost in the org chart. The next phase of enterprise AI will not be won by the company with the most agents. It will be won by the company that can make those agents work together, apply the right context and know when to stop for a human decision."

The Agent Factory is described as a portable layer rather than a closed platform. Valtech says it can sit across different models, frameworks and runtimes, with agents deployable on Vercel, Google Cloud, a client's own cloud environment or self-hosted infrastructure. Clients can adopt the capability as a Valtech-operated Agent-as-a-Service or deploy it within their own technology estate.

For business users, the platform provides role-based workspaces, personalized agent shelves and a single inbox for work requiring review or approval. For AI and IT teams, it offers a shared environment for configuration, versioning and rollback, guardrails, quality evaluations, execution traces, performance metrics and cost telemetry. Human accountability is built into the architecture through approval gates, escalation paths and defined decision rights for consequential actions.

Rather than replacing existing systems, the Factory connects to them through standard interfaces including APIs, Model Context Protocol, webhooks and events, enabling agents to coordinate work across content, commerce, CRM, data, ticketing and collaboration platforms.

At DMEXCO, Valtech is demonstrating a live marketing agent portfolio spanning research and intelligence, budget planning and attribution, brand compliance, content production and marketing analytics. The company is exhibiting alongside Sitecore and Vercel in Hall 6.1, Booth B029, on September 23 and 24, 2026. At 4:00 p.m. CEST on September 23, Valtech is also hosting an executive roundtable in the CMO Lounge titled "The ghost in the org chart: Who actually manages your AI workforce?"

The Agent Factory forms part of Valtech's wider Intelligent Enterprise approach, which the company describes as connecting business strategy, experience, data, technology and operating-model change to move AI from isolated initiatives to measurable enterprise impact. Valtech employs approximately 6,000 people across 24 countries.
